Any Resident Evil is a go-to for streaming but I often find myself migrating towards 4 & 8 for streams. Phasmophobia is a fun community game. Zelter is kind of like Don't Starve with a cute pixel art style. Alien: Isolation is another go-to survival-horror stream game. Dead Space is technically good but the PC version seems to be kind of busted.

DreadOut is interesting if repetitive. F.E.A.R. and BioShock also have horror but are more FPS games. That's all I could find from my list, unfortunately.
