Unpolished and lack of attention to details.

FC25 is a good game. But it never feels finished. New game modes like Rush is ton of fun online, but the unpolished game deters you from starting a Career Mode, as it never feels like the game is polished enough to start one.

What's frustrating is that there are always tons of minor bugs that hampers the experience.
Things such as buggy scoreboards, stadium cameras, player appearances. Needless to say many more in Career Mode. For example, the substitution board in-game has been in the wrong colors since FC24 (which was also bugged in Fifa 23 but was fixed), but somehow still not fixed. Tons of small little things in Career Mode that makes you not wanting to start one, not mentioning new updates does not reflect in your saves such as new player faces and more.

Bugs that returned from previous games, bugs that never gets fixed, and new bugs through new updates. This gives FC25 a feeling that it is always a game that is in BETA phase, and never quite a finished product.

The way they releases updates is also baffling. A update will require a squad update to unlock things such as new faces, boots, balls, stadium and more, which does not release with the update, but instead a few days after.

They way they implement squad updates with the actual game also causes tons issues, such as removing a player's existing face, either causing a rainbow, bald, or generic face, or for this year, some sort of weird buggy looking hairstyle in-game for player that seems to be getting their faces updated in an upcoming patch.

EA needs to have more quality checks, attention to details, and release hot fixes when they can on major issues. This feels like a development team that lacks passion, uncoordinated, and is just going through the motion of its' yearly cycle.

The game is there. We just need it to be polished.

Out of all the indie football games that i've tried, this game is really up there. It's well-polished, great game mechanics that captures the beautiful game, but yet comes with great arcade elements (power shots, slow mo header) to really scratch that itch. Career Mode is well done and really interesting, coming with funny challenges. You will need to build your team up, so that they can learn new skills, as without those skills, let me tell you, you will not be winning many games, and yes, this game is HARD.

Fast pace and fun! It's a distraction from PES and FIFA. Amazing amount of teams and modes for the price. Need a few more things such as replays, basic skill moves, and a more intensive edit mode to greatness!

Who tf made the decision to make offline bots ONLINE?!

2 bugs that persisted since Fifa 15 still in the game:

- When using Legacy Defending in Player Career, team press button triggers the standing tackle
- In Practice Arena, hitting the post causes a bug where either your player or the GK will go for the ball, leaving the game stucked.

Reported multiple times on their forum and Twitter. Never fixed.

Offline Deathmatch with random weapons spawn. You're welcome.

It's like The Last Of Us but FPS.

Great fun when playing co-op.
