In terminal type : "xinput" to shows the mouse name of your mouse, my example shows my MZ1 mice.

Apply the changes persistently :
In [] Folder Create file (Mouse settings.sh) as root, right click and add "run as executable"
Using the (start up program panel) add a start up program using the file as a reference file.
Make sure the mouse name is correctly typed by test launching the file in a command prompt.
