Xenoverse 2 is a vast improvement over the original. Right off the bat, you have that familiar feel as the game retains basically all the features found in the first game but as you progress, you will notice that the game’s hub world is also more organized, making it much easier to find points of interest. (I'M LOOKING AT YOU SKILL TUTORS!) This time around we also receive characters that were oddly missing from the previous title (Android 16, Slug, Turles) while others are still completely missing. (Garlic Jr., Bojack, .etc) As for more recent Dragon Ball villains, Xenoverse 2 even features Goku Black, Hit & Future Trunks from Dragon Ball Super, and it looks as if we'll be receiving cabba & frost.

When it comes to customization, I noticed there are much more hairstyles and facial options when creating your character. But the best addition of all would be the fact that the other races have transformations as opposed to XV where the Saiyan race seemed like the most satisfying race to play by default due to it's tailor-made options for transformations.

===========================================================
Pros:

+Combat and frame rate seem a lot smoother than before
+More customization & characters
+Looks more stable (No massive server kickouts like we dealt with on the predecessor)

Cons:

- Storyline is still short
- May be viewed by some as more of an updated version than a true sequel
- Ally AI seems to be dumbed down
===========================================================

All that being said, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still worth checking out for fans of the long-running series.

Great game, definitely worth the wait and I'm glad I bought it.

Pros:
Fights look and feel amazing
Deep mechanics
Great customization
You can create your own Dragon Ball character
Good ability to meet and play with other people

Cons:
Story is shallow
RPG elements underdeveloped
Hub world feels light on content
Lack of characters from movie titles,.etc which were in previous games
Only access to the fat buu variant of the male buu race.
Unreliable AI

All in all, fans of the series will find a great deal of content to keep them entrenched into the world of Dragon Ball, anyone who hasn’t had a history with the seasoned mechanics will undoubtedly find themselves button mashing their way through the confusion and hoping for the best until things make sense. While anyone who doesn’t know anything about the history of the series, or just been away from it for some time, will be completely in the dark through most of the experience, as it does rely wholeheartedly on your understanding of who is who, but, also given that the story is far from the reason anyone is going to want to play this, I guess that doesn’t matter all that much either way.

Torchlight 2 shines brightly in the action RPG genre, drawing favorable comparisons to games like Diablo with its addictive gameplay and loot-driven adventure. Building upon the foundation laid by Torchlight 1, the sequel elevates the series to new heights, offering a more expansive world, diverse character classes, and a compelling multiplayer experience. What sets Torchlight 2 apart is its ability to capture the essence of classic hack-and-slash RPGs while injecting its own unique charm. The game strikes a balance between accessibility and depth, making it appealing to both newcomers and hardcore fans of the genre.

As a long-time player of Maplestory, spanning well over a decade of on-and-off gameplay, my personal journey with this game has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. One of the most remarkable aspects of the game is its timeless charm. From the pixelated 2D graphics to the catchy soundtrack, the game has retained its nostalgic appeal, providing a sense of comfort and familiarity that few other MMOs can replicate well. Over the years, the game has undergone numerous changes, some for the better and others not so much.

The constant influx of new classes, server updates, revamps, and events often left players feeling overwhelmed or even disappointed in some cases, with the game's balance sometimes suffering as a result. As Maplestory evolved, so did many of its gameplay mechanics, and not always in a direction that resonated positively with the player base.

The love-hate relationship with this game for many, including myself, is perhaps best epitomized by being to find joy in its nostalgia. Despite the frustrations and changes, there's an undeniable charm that continues to draw us back and reliving the memories of digital adventures in this ever-evolving, bittersweet MMO.

Despite its aged visuals from its 2007 release, it remains an enjoyable multiplayer experience. The distinctive cartoonish art style, iconic character classes, and emphasis on team coordination contribute to its enduring appeal. While lacking the graphical prowess of newer titles, TF2 compensates with engaging gameplay, and a dedicated community.

It might not have the slickest graphics these days, but it's a classic. Standing the test of time, it remains a standout title in the co-op shooter genre, offering intense gameplay, strategic depth, and endless replayability.
