Classic FPS, lots of 40k lore (although a little dated by modern 40k lore standards), great voice acting, fun campaign.

Easily one of my favorite games of all time. Easy to learn, hard to master, this is Star Wars flight sim at its finest. Well, until Squadrons comes out.

The original Half Life is a masterpiece, and this is like Half Life +. Seriously fantastic accomplishment on the dev team's part.

The game is a little rough around the edges, but what it does well it does really well. It feels like a spiritual successor to the old Terminator: Future Shock, with the emphasis on exploration and scavenging. The game is a little on the easy side - the enemy AI isn't so hot, and the game overloads you with supplies, ammo, and opportunities for XP to the point that the game feels a little unbalanced in your favor, especially by the end. It does totally nail the "future war" aesthetic from the first two movies, like it's absolutely perfect. The level design and overall visual style and attention to detail is one of the best parts of the game.

This game makes you feel like a pretty ridiculous badass, wading knee-deep through the corpses of your endless foes as you press onward in the Emperor's name.

Seriously the levels look gorgeous and it's worth experiencing for that alone. The combat is fun but almost toes the line of becoming repetitive, but it's still enjoyable. What is repetitive is your NPC teammates' dialogue, that gets real old real fast.

Sniping Nazis (and occasionally Russians) has never been more fun. With options to let you play it however you want, ranging from action-heavy arcadey silliness to hardcore stealth-sniper realism, there's a lot to like in this game.
