This is my first racing sim, bought Logitech G920 setup. Really satisfying game. Also joined LFM Racing League, their automatic signup process for online racing is really smooth. Will likely get the original Assetto at some point for the modded experience,

Played a few hours of Broken Arrow Beta, that was okay. This on the other hand has been really good so far. No issues with the launch or servers, not had any gamebreaking bugs and it runs well.

The game itself is a blast especially with a couple pals. Audio & visual effects are nice and the UI is clean. There's a healthy roster of regiments for each nation too.

For a game with so many characters, this one has none of it's own. Clunky controls, well polished albeit janky animations. Shame.

The game's ace. Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt, Devs have been putting out patches out pretty much daily fixing relatively inconveniences.

HD2 is a riot to play with pals, and aside from an occassional disconnect we've not really had any issues.

Friend asked if I wanted a key, looked kinda cool (which it is). It's Hades - Darkest Dungeon - Vampire Survivors bundled into one satisfying game. The type of game that will hopefully benefit a roster of chars similar to Vampire Survivors for the 'never ending' talent tree feel.

This game scratches an itch I didn't know I had. It is ADHD in video game form.

The game is fun, the VOIP is cursed, line firing is a riot.

It's a fun game... sometimes. This is assuming that;

A) You don't get the 'server kick' bug.
B) You don't get matchmade against veteran 'fighting game' players
C) You don't mind janky hitboxes.
D) You don't mind converting real money into different Gleamium/Premium currency packages that either leaves you with a little too much or too little for characters.

IMO this game has flaws that are cleverly hidden behind a thin veil of particle effects & nostalgia, coupled with a 'fear of missing out' strategy towards in-game content.

Unfortunately the more time I've spent playing the more I've felt like this is a bit of a cash grab. Happy to be proven wrong as there is certainly a market for a 'SmashBros' game on PC, this just isn't scratching that itch.

It's F2P so it would be petty to downvote the game, just make sure you know what you're getting for your money if you decide to spend it on this game.

Not much change from the previous iteration, haven't bought anything but I would imagine the storefront would be the only part of the game that has a stable server connection. Something along the lines of £15 for a 'legendary' skin or whatever pseudo-value they put on the cosmetics. Sheesh these boys are running the Bobby Kotick strat right from the get go.

The PVE challenges are good to be fair. Couple different mini-games to break things up with some mutators thrown in to test your in-game mechanic skills.

Still no reason to downvote, when it works it's good fun.

Server connection still atrocious. The matchmaker is definitely using bots in the PVP queue to shorten wait times. If you play 3 matches, the 1st will desync almost immediately and kick you out. The 2nd will have you in sat in the match lobby for 30 times longer than it takes to actually find the match, and then probably DC you. The 3rd will be a decent game, until the 1st ringout at which point that person seemingly DCs for the remainder of the match.

I didn't want to downvote this because you can see that some people, somewhere along the development line of this game put effort in to create some well animated and well represented characters. They've done their jobs perhaps a little too well because it makes it painfully obvious where greed has led their decision making.

Such a shame, a wicked IP dead on arrival.

Very immersive, very popular tactical shooter. No 2 matches are the same. There's also some particularly good mods that change up the feel of the game which is a good move by the devs.
