Early Access Review
As said by others - The game has potential, but it's too early to be Early Access. It isn't a bad game but it's not something to absolutely recommend either (yet) and the Very Positive rating is misleading. It's good but not "Very good" and can be extremely frustrating.

It's a good city builder but has WIP and confusing aspects everywhere. Here's a few:

Every step of the bandits flow is annoying
1. Bandits will spontaneously steal your resources while at the other end of the map. They magically teleport your resources away. No way to counter them.

2. Reaching said bandits takes a whole season because they (purposefully?) spawn at the other end of the map. And by the time you reach them your men will be exhausted. (the bandits are never exhausted as they never actually move. No planning or ambushing here)

3. The bandits have an unknown line of sight. If you decide to rest your troops but moved a little too close (behind a forest even) - They engage you while your army is tired and your army is dead. :)

Buildings and workers are hard to find and assignments are confusing :
- Initially as all workers are divided into families, then you have to jump between workplaces (which is fine) - but this isn't well designed. You end up jumping from building to building to building to building to figure out where your people are and who to reassign.

- For some buildings you have no idea why it should even require workers and the game does not explain it. Something like a Granary or Storehouse seem to function almost the same. After some testing it seems if you want to move BOTH food AND materials, then you need to assign workers to both Granary and Storehouse. Just to pick things up and move things. You can't have a family on "hauling" duty. You need one family to move 2 baskets of berries and another family to move 2 pieces of firewood. Quite annoying early game.
---> If you don't reassign people to work here and get early-game rain. Then the rain works as acid and just melts your tools?! (if the bandits haven't teleported your tools away).
-------> Btw the tools don't even do anything, they serve no purpose yet.

- If you have wheat in your warehouse and people working a windmill or granary (which should gather wheat for creating grain/flour. They wont do it because even in WINTER you need someone to "Work" the farms just so wheat could be moved. Your town will happily starve to death if you do not have someone working the farms in winter?!

There are more confusing and outright annoying things. That being said it is still decent city builder/manager with a lot of potential - But by no means "Very good/Very positive".

Will come back to re-review after a few updates and I don't see why the game couldn't get an overwhelmingly positive rating if they keep working on the game.

Edit:

More broken things

- Sometimes empty stockpiles of resources are left behind after you demolish a market. These stockpiles can not be destroyed and will forever block any further buildings you want to place in your town :)

Step 1. Get players into the game
Step 2. Gradually make the game more of a pain to play
Step 3. Make the game absolutely horrid to play through economy changes
Step 4. Gaslight the community
Step 5. Less profit!??!!?
