Titanfall 2 is so good that I've ended up buying it 3 different times since it came out and have played 100s of hours across the multiple platforms I've played it on.

Pros:
+ Excellent singleplayer campaign. It's short, only taking around 4 hours to beat, but it more than makes up for it by delivering 8 incredibly fun levels that all feel very distinct from one another. The story is nothing too special, just your average by-the-numbers videogame plot, but by no means terrible as it's full of likeable (if cliched) characters and doesn't take itself too seriously.

+ Fluid gunplay and a wide arsenal of weapons to mess around with.

+ Fantastic multiplayer with a nice variety of maps, gametypes, and most importantly titans. There are 7 different titans in multiplayer and each one plays very differently from the other with differences in health, speed, and hero-shooter-esque abilities.

Cons:
- Nothing lol. Only complaints I have are either nitpicks or salt at certain overpowered weapons in multiplayer.

Sekiro is easily one of the most well designed games FromSoftware has released and competes with Bloodborne as my favourite game released by them.

Pros:
- Challenging and rewarding combat system focused around deflecting and countering attacks. Nothing beats the satisfaction of feeling like you've not just understood, but mastered this game's combat.

- Large and vertical levels that feel so much more open than before thanks to the new addition of the grapple hook.

- A much less ambiguous story than previous Souls games.

- Excellent array of bosses and enemies all with varied attacks and weaknesses to learn.

- Whilst you are limited to one main weapon for the entirety of the game, you do have a nice amount of tools and consumable items to aid in combat and encourage you to mess around with the games sandbox.

Cons:
- Lacks some of the features that made Dark Souls and Bloodborne so replayable, most notably no build variety and multiplayer. Which is a shame because I think PvP could work really well in Sekiro with how finely tuned it's combat is.

- Stealth feels kinda basic and not as fleshed out as direct combat. Enemy sight lines are also inconsistent with enemies sometimes spotting you from long distances, but also failing to detect you when you're right next to them.

Such an underrated game, Prey is a great immersive sim, and one of Arkane's best games. Much like other immersive sims, the player is given a wide array of tools, weapons and powers to explore a brilliantly detailed and well-crafted world and combat the many enemies within.

Talos I is beautifully designed with there being multiple ways for the player to explore the station's many levels and facilities, there is so much detail and thought put into every part of the station both in terms of story and gameplay that make it feel so immersive to explore every single part of it. Each area is so distinct from one another both in terms of visuals and level design and the player is given total freedom to explore them at their own pace. Throughout the game, all these levels change in terms of enemy placement and hazards making them feel all the more tangible and dynamic. I love how creative the game's sandbox is with weapons like the GLOO Cannon capable of freezing enemies in place and creating platforms to help traverse through areas, or the Boltcaster, a literal toy gun that can be used to interact with out of reach buttons and monitor screens. Enemies are all varied in their designs and roles in combat, and much like in Dishonored the player has numerous fun and effective ways to take them out.

If there are any negatives I can think of with Prey, it'd largely be with its story. I feel that the game's narrative starts very strong in the opening hours but eventually overstays it's welcome as it just continues to drag on and on before ultimately ending in a rather underwhelming way. Sound mixing is another problem, with many of the games NPCs either being too quiet or ear-gratingly loud and many times when talking to another character you can hear others completely drowning them out. The game is also quite buggy at times. I originally played this on the Xbox back when it came out in 2017, and upon replaying it on PC I was quite surprised to still see just about every bug or glitch that I could remember.

If Doom Eternal was Doom 2016 turned up to 11, then the Ancient Gods is Eternal cranked up to 11 and beyond.
Fights are even more intense with even more demons being thrown at you, the very first combat encounter alone has you fight through cybermancubi and barons of hell (2 of the tougher demon types from the base game) and it only gets tougher from there. The 3 new levels the DLC adds are just as large as some of the longer levels in the main campaign and are all wonderfully designed, both in terms of gameplay and visuals. Each level feels completely different from one another as well with each one taking place in a different location, those being Earth, Hell and Urdak. The soundtrack is excellent and, for the most part, is on par with music heard in the base game. The story is also pretty cool and ends on a rather insane cliffhanger.

A pretty good entry in the Dishonored series, but feels a bit light in depth and content when compared to the previous 2 games. DotO only has 3 powers for the player to use and only a handful of levels which can be completed fairly quickly. That said, Arkane's level design is still superb with there being many different ways of playing through the games 5 missions and the games new contract system gives plenty of side objectives for the player to complete. Despite only having 3 powers, compared to the previous titles' 6-12, there's still a lot of fun to be had with the game's sandbox with plenty of new weapons and tools as well. The games story is probably one of my main criticisms with DotO, outside of it's rather short length, I feel that while it starts off strong it kinda lost me by the end, and I just didn't find it as interesting as the previous games narratives.

I'd certainly recommend this game as it's just as fun as the previous 2, but would probably advise waiting on a sale as it's current price seems a bit too much considering how short it is.

Doom Eternal improves upon it's predecessor in almost every way. Plays even faster, every gun is amazing, more demons, bigger levels and another excellent soundtrack from Mick Gordon. Doom Eternal has a much bigger emphasis on resource management than 2016, with a bunch of new mechanics that ensure the player will always have ways of restocking their health, armour and ammo. Demons are much stronger and more aggressive, and the game does not hold back in throwing every type possible at you in its various combat arenas. All your weapons have different strengths and weaknesses against the various enemies in the game requiring you to constantly swap between your various guns and mods in order to effectively take out tougher enemies. All of this adds to a much faster, more refined and at times more punishing game than Doom 2016.

Pros:
+ New mechanics like the dash, blood punch, flame belch, ice grenade and meathook add so much depth and strategy to the games combat.

+ Plenty of weapon variety, every weapon is effective and unique from each other.

+ Levels are bigger and have plenty of collectables and secret combat encounters.

+ Narrative is by no means superbly written, it is Doom after all, but it is still a very entertaining, dumb, b-movie style adventure.

Cons:
- Multiplayer isn't bad, but it's certainly mediocre. Currently the only gametype is 'Battlemode' which pits two player controlled demons against a fully armed slayer. It can get rather boring after a while, and matches often boil down to either the slayer being insanely good and wiping out the demons, or the complete opposite with the demons tearing the slayer apart in no time at all. Multiplayer in general is just lacking in content with only Battlemode at the moment.

I strongly recommend this game if you've never played a Souls game before and want to get into the series. It's the most consistent in the series when it comes to it's difficulty, level and boss quality, and is overall a lot more forgiving than previous entries.

Pros:
+ Large and well designed levels full of all kinds of items and weapons to find and unique enemy encounters.

+ Excellent variety of bosses.

+ Gorgeously depressing art style.

+ Rewarding and fast-paced combat.

+ Lots of different weapons and spells which can allow for all kinds of different builds, weapons themselves have special skills attached to them which can often be quite fun to experiment with in combat.

+ Really fun to play cooperatively with friends.

Cons:
- The game is one of the most linear entries in the series, this can make it easier for newcomers as it's much more clear as to where you need to go and allows for a better designed difficulty curve, but I much preferred the way levels connected to each other in Dark Souls 1.

- Being the third game in the series it can be a bit lacking in originality and often reuses ideas/level-types found in previous entries; there's a poison swamp area, a castle area, catacombs area etc. Side Note: What is it with Fromsoft and poison swamps?!

- Weaker PvP than previous entries.

An excellent, fast-paced, arena shooter that sadly no one seems to play. If you're interested in buying Reflex, I'd recommend getting some friends to play with you so that you can actually get a game going.
