I have never seen such a bad war mechanic before. It is literally "watch number go up and down".
It is better to remove it and have no war mechanic at all until you patch in real armies that you can move around and actually have fun using.


And why can you just start to annex all the German states diplomatically as Prussia without anyone being able to put up any resistance? All you need is to have good relations with a nation and the will join by themself.
