I only purchased this game to play with friends, believing that I could easily link with them across country. I *finally* convinced my group to get it and play with me... We soon found out that in order to play with friends over distances you had to sign up on a weird website and go through a bunch of extra hoops. All my friends instantly returned it and I'm stuck with a game I no longer want (had purchased long before they did). Why you can't link with friends through the game itself is really disappointing and frustrating to me. I don't want to play this game alone, I don't want to play with strangers, I wanted to play with my friends, and I can't without using a weird website outside of steam. I didn't want to sign up for it either, that's weird... I don't care if other people have done it, we shouldn't have to sign up for an external website...

I wish I could get my money back for this game... I wouldn't have gotten it had I known this.

The only time I think I'll ever touch this game again is if I have enough guests over who want to try it... Likelihood is slim.

Fully enjoyed 75+ hours of gameplay, greatly looking forward to seeing this game spread it's wings and grow over time.
-Updates and previews of new models are frequent which makes me pretty happy.

I will update my response when the game has gotten further along.
I do not recommend this product if you are impatient or need a more flushed out game to enjoy yourself. Things are changing rapidly right now... Come back in about 6 months. If you can enjoy a basic survival game and are willing to roll with the development process, please join everyone on DoD :D!

TLDR:
I absolutely support and enjoy this game but acknowledge that it may not be for everyone until a bit later in development. I don't see anything wrong with that.

I liked the story, short, sweet, to the point.
a little buggy on my PC for some reason.

I look forward to seeing this game blossom. I think I've done everything (for *now*, it's still developing) and it kept my interest the entire time so I'm excited for it's future. Love the art style as well, makes me feel hap as all heck. Give it a try.
