This game is the perfect itch for people who are slightly good at poker because it's mostly ppl who are just VR fans who arent great at poker. You can crush their souls.

This game is innovative and I think it's incredible that a team of 5 people gave it away for free on launch.
Definitely buy. Cant remember the last time I had this much fun messing around with friends on a new game.

Game feels much more solid in terms of being able to complete online matches.

Early March:
After trying again, I found the singleplayer less buggy. Although the bots are not as complex as BB2. The devs have however released a lot of patches already, so perhaps in a months time the game will feel much better.

After finally getting into my third online game and getting to round 16, when a character had the chance to intercept my winning ball, the game bugged, froze on the screen without either of us players being able to input anything to move the game forward, and figure out what the outcome of the throw / game would've been.

As of right now I have tried to play four multiplayer matches, Three of which had game breaking bugs that required me to shut down the game. This is honestly what I would've expected from a beta test. Perhaps I was naive in not refunding immediately and buying the game when they fix ♥♥♥♥.

In addition, people seem to have found five factions in the game files that seem functionable that are announced for months from now. Kind of a scummy practice to roll out content later that's supposedly already finished. Or whats even worse, focusing on DLC months from now when basic online gameplay doesn't seem to function.

This is all scummy, but sadly this kind of ♥♥♥♥ is becoming more and more industry standard. I feel bad for the team that put this game together, because surely they were pained by this launch.

I have hope that in 6 months time this is a game worth paying the full price for, but in the meantime I would recommend people play old versions, I will update my thoughts here then.

It was going well until the pro perk bugged and made me have to exit the game after almost winning my first two rounds.
I'm going to give them a week to bugfix and if they cant manage that I'm refunding.

Other than the bugs, I actually really like the look and generally I think it feels smoother than BB2, if you dont count the fact that it keeps breaking.

Very disappointing launch, It makes me question the intentions of the developers because these are such surface level things you learn are problems within an hour. I imagine it could be an overworked team that knew it wasn't ready and it was forced out anyway. With hope it will be smoother in time. If they fix the basic bugs this could be the definitive BB.

Fun game. I think most ppl will want more content for full price but I like it so I don't mind.

Fun game, but many people seem to be having the same issue I have,
randomly losing your save data after hundreds of hours, data that isn't even saved in remote storage. :(

Wish there was a neutral option for recommendation. Beautiful game with interesting concepts that suffers from having poor online system to facilitate an online community. Fun as a discord fighter if u wanna play with ur friends. I feel like if they took a bit more time with it, people would play it a lot more.

EDITED- Much better than the game was on release already. Not perfect but plenty of fun with a lot of potential.

Cool look but I just dont think it adds much when there are so many good fighters to play alternatively.
