Great game to kill time and immersive yourself. Sure, this isn't the perfect game with a lot to improve on but it's currently early access and I'm not expecting much. It even says it on the first loading screen.

The game makes you feel like you're a soldier in the movie for the most part (there are lot to nitpick such as how bugs don't climb over walls, but it's not too big of a deal), and that's enough for me to spend my money and have fun. Everyone playing knows the deal. You hop on for some stupid fun; scream some of the ridiculous quotes from the movies, play on the hardest difficulty, and die a lot.

At the end of the day, it's a simple game with mechanics that you learn fast. If you're looking to play or role-play as a starship trooper with up to 15 other people against an army of bugs, this is the game for you. Highly recommended.

Very straight forward and no bs game to pick up. I don't usually post reviews but I really enjoyed the hours I spent on the game. The game mechanics were easy to learn, story was true to the movies, and difficulty was just right for the campaign (except for the City Metro level with multiple hives to clear, it was a lot more difficult, and required a lot of planning). Highly recommended.
