An incredible game. This game is by far the best strategy game I have ever played. At the time of the review, I've had this game for over 6 years now, and I can still come back to it from time to time and enjoy it like I did the first time I played it. This game has tremendous replayability, and is still being supported by updates to this date. While paradox's DLC policy for this game (and others) is quite troubling as of recently, it's important to note that they are still DLC, and not at all essential to enjoying the game. That being said, I'd still recommend some of the older DLC released for this game, if you really want to get the most out of it. Even if you opt for no DLC at all, the hours of fun you'll have for the price you pay is hard to match.
