Some minor hiccups with lighting, UI and restored ARG "puzzle" don't compare to gargantuan pile of nauseatingly technical problems Skunkape Games had to solve to make this release possible.
Kinda wish there were some steam point shop items like pfps/backgrounds, TDP's designs are absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'. I guess now we wait for the OST release

I don't know if it's just me but the difficulty between puzzles is very jagged. Sometimes I get super hard ones before obvious ones and vice versa. And sometimes solutions rely too much on turn accuracy making me think my solution was wrong. I really wish there was at least ((some)) sort of hint system
And only other nitpick I have is that the game "looks cheaper" than the price tag, making me think more of flash games. But I personally like it and the puzzles are often very satisfying to pull off

This game is solid, definitely worth buying on a sale. And as impressive as it is that this game was made by just one guy, it also shows flaws and friction that could've been easily fixed in the 2 years this game has been out.
- The story is pretty dull and generic
- A lot of boss's behavior is hard to predict, not enough telegraphing sprites, move speed is inconsistent, sometimes enemy projectile blends with background, or the enemy just spawns projectiles without apparent animation
- Using parts/currency for heals instead of heat/mana is questionable at best. I bought chips right before a boss battle and now I don't have anything to heal with during the fight, now I have to grind small mobs. (I would add a chip/perma-upgrade that lets you use heat if you run out of spare parts)
- The world is awkward and clunky to traverse, could do with shortcuts as it gets annoying getting to last collectibles/npcs/etc.
- A lot of accidental sequence skips, unintentional-feeling paths and stuff like that. Also managed to miss several major upgrades and had to backtrack.

If this game was clearly marked as "early access" I would gladly wait until its full release, but right now it feels severely unfinished. The intended path around the map in the order of available power-ups is extremely twisted, you have to do a lot of backtracking (no fast travel btw), and most of the time I couldn't tell if there was a power-up I was missing as some parts are easy to just wall-jump. Fighting is lackluster (stomp has no damage and i-frames, dodging knights is cumbersome, and in general doesn't bond well with floaty player physics) and it would be fine if final boss focused more on platforming, but it's pure fighting (I can't tell if boss teleporting around was supposed to throw off my aim-lock on purpose or not). And the reward for beating the boss is... 2-3 lines of ambiguous childish monologue, a huge disappointment.

Very cute game. I'm actually kind of glad it doesn't have ludicrous amount of levels with excruciating difficulty. Nice, short and decent difficulty. 50 min of gameplay, worth the money I suppose

Multiplayer, especially on chill difficulty, is an absolutely cathartic bliss. Singleplayer gnarly, on the other hand, is straight up f🐢cking bullsh🍕t
