I want to take a moment to acknowledge the effort and energy you've bought to the volleyball team. Your skills were sharp as a striker, and there's no doubt that you were valuable player. That said, I've noticed something that I think could really help you and the team if you work on it. There are times when it seems like you’re playing a solo game, and you end up hogging the ball a bit. I know it’s easy to get caught up in the moment, especially when you’re passionate about the game, but volleyball is all about teamwork. If you can focus on involving your teammates more and distributing the play, I think you’ll see an improvement not just in your game, but overall for your general work life.
