When working to a firm but realistic deadline, MAPK sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws. In all aspects of work, MAPK is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to improve skills and knowledge, and the quality of work output. They will always willingly and successfully try to do what is required, even if it means performing tasks that are not in the job description or if required to do extra work unexpectedly. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, MAPK engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust.
