Worst customer service ever. Took weeks to responds. The cera added to my account 3 days after I purchased and it came without any bonus. Reached out to the customer service and first took 1 week to respond and 2 weeks after wards. All they say is sorry but cera is nonrefundable lol. Love the game, but won't recommend it as it's essentially a paid to win game.

First review ever on Steam. After waiting for 4 solid months, episode 2 really let me down. Not even 2 hours game play without any surprise. 4 months are just simply way too long for me to wait. I was like "ok, thats it?" when the episode reached to the end. Dont buy it unless you really love The Life is Strange series and you dont mid wait for potentially a year for the game to be finished.

Edited: Just finished the game, literally wasted 2 hours on the last episode...
