Watch_Dogs gets a lot of crap for a lot of well-placed reasons. To enjoy this game, don't take it seriously. Experience the game and her glitches as though a piece of well-crafted art. Observe how those bullets slip through the grass with zero impact and how high you'll fly off a motorcycle when you run into that lightpole. It's all a part of the experience; learning to accept that will garuntee a good time.

The story is your typical revenge plot, but with a fun little twist; overall good.
