After being released from the town’s stockade for getting into a brawl at the tavern, I decided to try my luck at the local blacksmith. After all, I had been raised in a forge back in Skalitz.

Taking what I thought was a shortcut through some fields and picking poppies along the way. I noticed three people standing in the roadway. My curiousity had got the better of me and I decided to sneak closer and see what was happening. It turned out that two bandits were shaking down some poor traveler. I knew I had to help.(it was a perfect oppertunity to redeem myself)

Moving quietly, I crept up behind the armored bandit and took him down with ease. His friend, who was wielding an axe, was furious. He managed to land a couple of solid hits on me, but fortunately I managed to dispatch him aswell, the traveler however hadn’t survived the fight.

Like any sensible person, I took the bandits’ gear for myself and as I stood there, savoring my victory, I suddenly heard barking nearby. My heart leaped with excitment could it be Mutt? Hopeful, I stepped into the woods to investigate.

That’s when, (to my surprise) I realized I had made a terrible mistake, the barking was from a pack of starving wild dogs.. Let’s just say they weren’t hungry for long.

10/10 Would become dog chow to the wild puppies again.
