Feels and plays like a more refined F-Zero X rather than GX. Tracks are on the shorter side and the environments feel a bit empty. The artstyle and the characters are lovely though. Overall a great little racer in a starving genre.

Sleeper hit of the year! Never thought a non-tcg could get me so hooked. I never could get to grips with other Roguelike-Deckbuilders, but Balatro manages to grab my attention and retain it with with unprecedented levels of vibe and an addicting gameplay-loop.

Most of my playtime is on mobile though,hopefully save transfers become a thing in the future.

Nostalgia overload. One of the first games I have ever seen played on a PC. Thanks dad. Glad this is not lost to time.

Great use of given mechanics. The main gimmick feels a bit clunky at first, but once you unlock a few perks, the game really opens up

Moves are kinda finicky at first and it takes a while to get the hang of your starter moves. But once muscle memory kicks in, this becomes extremely enjoyable. Community is also very friendly as far as I can tell. Everybody giving each other thumbs up and fist bumps all day. One guy started showing me mid fight how to do the boulder spawn when he saw me struggling with my hand positioning. Thanks kind stranger.

It is Whipeout in all but name

Oooof... Pretty rough start. I got stuck in the story for 90 minutes because some physics stuff wasn't working as intended.
40 bucks is pretty steep for a game that is basically just a framework for mods.
Gonna wait and see if the community can unleash some potential here.

NEVERMIND, Mods are already here. I can already run around as Rebecca and Adam Smasher from Cyberpunk/Edgerunners. 10/10

Even though Steamcharts state that this game has like 30 Players, I get multiplayer invites from different people every time, no matter if i'm playing in the morning before work, or at midnight.
Get it, it's great! Also not to demanding hardware wise.
