Have finished this game 3 times. And planning to do it again.
My personal opinion:
The first game was great in story telling, but not in the ways of gameplay.
I've heard a lot of negative feedback on the loot system in general of this part, and I can't say that it's even close to perfect, but I like loot based systems..
I've played the the third installation of the story and at first it was perplexing to me because of the obvious change in gameplay, but I grew to like it.. and have now finished the game twice.

After all this - Darksiders II is so far my favorite version.

Very nice game

Although it says that I haven't played much, but it's because most of the playing I did on a friend's account local 4 person multi-player coop. It's awesome.. Even people that have never played computer games before can learn it in 5 minutes and have a blast.
This game gad given me anxiety in the best way possible.
Lovely way to spend time!

A lot of issues with logic comparing to reality, some holes in the plot.. crybaby Lara hits every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tree, stone she meets and falls at least 20 times from a height bigger that the 3rd story and keeps on being unstopable. These facts annoyed me, but everything else - liked it. Couldn't feel the repetition of movements needed to do to complete the game. Finished the game in 2 sessions. Always some new features coming into the game that made in interesting.

tl;dr: great game to play once if you don't have to pay the full price.

Absolute ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles the whole game time. Too sad i didn't start co-op from the very beginning. That killed the joy of trying to get all achievements..

Destruction and mayhem in a sandbox mode.
Of course - after trying JC3 - it's not that cool, but hey - I like the story. And it's just fun to goof around in many different ways.

Very berry terrible game. I was so happy to see that there's a game dedicated to Van Helsing in a hack'n'slash style. But Co-Op does not work AT ALL. Like some other rewievs already say - broken beyond repair. And then those little ducks - that call themselves gamedevelopers release the third game.. I tried it - same ♥♥♥♥, different day. Lags, a lot of things don't work at all. skill tree looks almost identical.. and they want to charge 30 Euros you for it. Finish the work you started, please.

Silly graphics are fun. The gun builds could be more versatile, but all in all good

Absolute fun game. You can really get lost in the theme parks for hours. Just like every other rating suggests - if you haven't played it yet - you really should.
