I want to like everything that it does right, and I do, but not enough to justify the price point.

I didn't give it nearly the amount of time I could have, but it's just another city builder with a bit of a twist just like they all are.

I actually REALLY enjoy the gameplay loop here. It is extremely unforgiving, reminds me of a more laid back (but still difficult) they are billions. The game has a ways to go for sure, so if you want more features, wait for the future or for the Workshop to churn stuff out.

Was fun while it lasted

I tried so hard to like the game I restarted the main campaign twice after it bugged out, but I just couldn't. The combat is so dull. It reminds me of XCOM 2 where you have a 35% chance to hit the alien when your barrel is pressed against the aliens cheek, how does someone have such sheer incompetence? They wouldn't. I don't suggest buying this nonsense.

Good for mindless fun, but it loses the "wow" factor pretty quickly. It's just overhyped.
