Amazingly frustrating. Great game overall that you can totally get lost in.
The "Drizzle" mode is managable and casual, but just switching it to the medium difficulty has proven extremely difficult and a challenge i have yet to complete.

Insurgency is in my opinion the most tactical and one of the best FPS's on the PC market right now. It's captivating from the first second and it will leave you always wanting to play more.
