Half life alyx VR is a game I had high hopes for. After rumors I had heard and awards the game has received. The only thing I can say is WOW! I never play Story / campaign games when shared joy is better than my own joy. But the game was such a good team that there was no need for me to have a buddy on the team. I also felt that I had to play the game again to get all the achievements.

The graphics are just amazing and beautiful and here we see that Value has focused a lot of time on details in the game. You can pick up an pen and draw on windows. There is also a washing machine that works in the game and much more. Okay, there are small and unnecessary things that make us just have to stop for a bit and buzz. But it just makes me feel that Value did it just for us and that they care about their product and their customers.

The story in the game is quite straight forward and a little too focused on the main mission you have. But no matter what assignment I was given, I just wanted more and more. When the main assignment is finished and you have completed it, all thoughts came to that. Yes it is a terribly nice and detailed game. But the desire to get to know better and get more of the characters in the game is great when it came to them and the iconic characters you have seen in previous Half-Life.

They have also activated a workshop that allows you to enjoy even more hours in the game.
