Hour 0: Truck driving simulator? How boring, why would anyone want to play that?? Oh well they have a demo, every other game is boring right now, etc.

Hour 1: Meh. I'm driving a truck, not that exciting, I don't even get my own truck, maybe I'll just pick up another contract and see what happens...

Hour 3: Okay I have my own truck now, done some repairs, upgraded some things, trying to save up for a new garage on the other side of the state (neurons begin firing).

Hour 5: Demo over, but I still don't have enough for my new garage! Oh well, game is on sale, it's only $5...

Hour 10: My truck is a beast now, I just about have enough for a new garage and can maybe think about hiring another driver (neurons firing more rapidly)

Hour 20: All the expansions are on sale AND part of a bundle, might as well get those... I wanna see if driving around the midwest is as accurate as it is IRL. Oh wow, my Spotify 'Oldies' playlist is perfect for this game (dopamine is appearing, neurons firing at nearly maximum speed)

Hour 30+: Purchasing garages, new employees, and trucks and earning tons of passive income while I cruise down the highway listening to my thematically appropriate playlist in my insanely souped up giga truck, traversing across the entire midwest, and in awe at how accurate the scenery is (maximum brain activity achieved and wondering why I ever thought this game was boring).

Present day: Hey truck driving simulator is on sale again... I wonder what the Arkansas expansion looks like...
Oh they also have Euro Truck Simulator? I wonder what driving a truck in the EU is like...

Very clean and polished for an EA game, I was very pleasantly surprised! Flipping through the higher value cards of your collection book to select which fancy foil cards you want to sell or put on display is some major dopamine. Work and grind your way to expanding your store, eventually hire some suckers to deal with customers so you can sit in the back and open card packs all day. Suuuuper satisfying game play loop, I'm hooked.

A masterpiece that was miles ahead of it's time when released, and still provides so much more replay value, story intrigue, and game depth than 95% of the garbage released today. A must buy if you're an RPG fan, and a no brainer if on sale. Get it, get it now, or the Dark Brotherhood will find you...

Dungeons and Dragons mixed with Tarkov with a dash of Rock Band. Such a brilliant concept for a game and I've been wondering why something like this hasn't come along sooner.

Don't listen to the negative reviews saying this game isn't free to play... IT IS. You just can't use some of the paid features which are solely for convenience, but the free version is absolutely playable and is a valid way to see if you enjoy the game and can test out all the dungeons and classes. Only really annoying thing is you can only play 1 class at a time per free account, if you make a different class your original class gets wiped and set back to lvl 1(you get all perk slots at lvl 15). But you can probably just make another steam account if there's another class you want to try without resetting your original character's progress. Or just buy the game, I can't recommend it enough.

Match making isn't too bad, just keep the gear score UNDER 25 while learning and it should be relatively pretty chill, anything above that and you're being matched with players of all gear scores. Learn to PvE first, and kill mobs without taking damage before moving on to the next bracket or PvPing. Players can get pretty sweaty even in under 25 bracket, and some classes are overpowered at the moment, but beatable with a skill gap. Don't get me wrong, it can be extremely frustrating and you WILL die, but the feeling of extracting with your first bag full of treasure is very rewarding.

Game is still great solo, but best experience found in a group of 3. Happy looting!

Civ 7 incoming HYPEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Such a wonderful, relaxing(mostly), perfect little adventure. At only 6.6 GB this gem is never leaving my library.

I've been very slowly making my way through this game, and I am 100% using my phobia as an excuse, because it's valid.

This game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrifying but so good. It's one of the few games where you really feel like you need to prepare for anything, and build multiple bases at deeper depths to establish checkpoints. Which is quite seamless and straightforward in the way you'd want every base builder to be, you have so much freedom to do extravagant things with the habitats.
The gameplay loop is satisfying and exhilarating, it's everything you want from a survival game. Now if only I could find a game like this that isn't underwater...

Gave it a try during the free weekend and it was really great. The controls were smooth and responsive, gameplay was satisfying, good customization, and absolutely beautiful courses. There were maybe a small handful of times I felt cheated on my swing, where it would give me a "very slow" swing timing when I felt it was at my normal speed. But that could have been due to debris on the mousepad, or a skill issue. It wasn't bad or pervasive enough to bother me too much and honestly I would have already purchased this game if I didn't feel like I ran through everything there was to do in 1 weekend. Definitely worth a pick up on sale or if you're a golf fan.
