I can't believe I have put in over a hundred hours into this game, I don't know what about it but the replayability is crazy, I guess its just the nostalgia talking, when I get to certain levels I remember what I would do on the game cube. Highly recommend if you have played I would get it again on pc or any available console because the game shows how games back then didn't need voice acting or high graphics just comedic cut scenes and mumbles.

I know this game gets a lot of hate, and I don't think it deserves that hate that it get's, like some people are upset that it doesn't use the combat from the Arkham series or combat that feels like that but that's just it this isn't a Arkham game this is a game in a different universe doing something completely different then what we saw in the Arkham series, I did pre-order this game and I know that some people that pre-order probably refunded the game almost immediately after it didn't meet their extremely high standards or thoughts, I on the other hand did not care for the way the game ran because once I was able to play I was stuck playing with integrated graphics making it so my game was 17 FPS and my max was maybe 30 in a building if I was lucky and I still put in over 24 hours into the game beat it with Red-hood then I did stop but I did what I wanted, which was play the game the best I could with the hold backs I had then go back and play again next with a different character and actually play with good frames which I'am now I'm playing through the game with Bat-girl on new game plus, and then I'll go play nightwing or Robin because again this game has to where every character's voice lines in one on one dialogue is different which ties into the comics which is really fun and gives the game the comic feel, I can not tell you how many times when all four characters where in the belfry I was laughing because it felt like a comic page playing out right in front of you, the way they betrayed the characters talking and interacting with one another was just a masterpiece. but again I'm only six hours into my new playthrough with Bat-Girl and I can say I'm having a blast. The story even though its small and short is still a blast to play through. Also if your wondering I went from 17 to 30 FPS from first play through to now 60- 30 in the city and almost around 70 in buildings. Now this isn't like my previous reviews for DC games but that's because I feel like I've been able to get my point across. This game is good, and it is fun, if you don't go into it expecting a masterpiece or a Arkham series copy. Because again it isn't a Arkham game and it is doing something completely different in a completely different Universe.

As much people that give this game hate I went through all of the Arkham games again when I got this PC to one see how quick I could finish them with new controls and see which game would take me the longest. This game was the longest but not because the story was long but because I was having to much with the improved gliding system from city and the grapnel boost. I will admit as well some of that time was because I got stuck on a level and I did do a little bit of combat challenges with both batman and Deathstroke now I cant say anything on the DLC as I don't own any of them but I am planning on buying the season pass for this game to go through all the DLC this and all the other Arkham games have to offer. Now i can also see why people gave this game crap and why some don't want to play it but as a Arkham fan since 2010 this game still holds up to both Arkham city and Asylum, Arkham knight is a bit harder to put with those games as it has a ton of problems with it as well but once again it improves on combat and the gliding system once more. But back to Arkham Origins the combat in this game was super fun and I rarely had a problem with it, I also really liked the stealth this game had to offer including the bane boss and I think it does Bane the best out of both Asylum and City I don't think he is in knight and if he is I've never seen him. The story was good I definitely loved the detective sequences that you go through, but it also does suck to find out that black mask was not the main boss of the game and it was just the joker in disguise but the ending was really fun to just beat up on the joker , it was also a lot of fun to learn the back story of the Joker in game form where we learn that he was put in a "Red hood" and the batman thought that he was the actual criminal called red hood but he was set up by two thugs. Another thing I liked in this game was how it showed the beginning of Batman where the police were not fighting with him and if they see you on the streets they open fire on you, but at the end of the game we can see the change that Gordon has with Batman , and we also see in this game that oracle, Barbra, and Batgirl she goes by many names but she was always on the side of Batman even when no one else did she saw the good in him and helped him hack into the police com's to talk to Gordon later on in the game to make him not send his crew in until he disarmed the bombs. I also enjoyed how we see batman do his stealth escape during a conversation when Gordon turns around. Another thing I enjoyed was how Bane figured out who Batman was it also makes me question if a hot headed fool like him could figure it out how comes Batman's biggest villain the Joker never figured it out in the series until Arkham knight .
