This game is awesome. I have over 2500 hours in this game, I have been playing since playtest 3, and I play through the blacksmith launcher.

There are some ups and downs with the patch process, sometimes changes are made that I don't understand, but overall this is my favourite game. I would recommend this game highly to others, and provide a fair warning that it can be frustrating at times. But if you like fantasy themed loot extraction, you will like this game, and the frustration when you die is overcome relatively quickly. You can learn from each death and become very skilled at surviving other players as well as the dangers of the dungeons.
