What do you want me to say. I was a boy when I came here, now I am a man, I've seen the future. Played all the mods, learnt the game, created content and I keep coming back. There is no other platform like this and shan't be until they release a 4th iteration. Would definitely recommend, hard learning curve but very worthwhile when you find people that you meet and they respect you in ways that can't be fathomed by normies.

Brothers,

I never thought I'd be alive to play this game, I overcame great challenges and when I thought it couldn't get any better it did. These lads have done it, its release day, play up, wait for the mods and let a great gem in gaming forge itself through the brilliant community that this is!

Basebuilding, complex level system, NPC interactions, Tribe systems ARK has it all. It's a meticulous combination of concepts that have been seen in the best titles around unted under the roof of a theme known simply as "Survival". ARK changes the environment based on player interaction with it (trees and rocks don't respawn instantly, as you build and grow your environment suffers or benefits depending on your style), the tribe system brings together hordes of players to accomplish great tasks and build massive fortifications to dominate all other tribes to ensure survival whilst the NPC dinos do everything in their power to make it hard for you to live.

Pros:
REALLY ACTIVE DEVELOPERS (not even sorry for caps, hop on reddit and see how much the game is shaped by your opinion)
Conceptually amazing
Tribe system makes it a fun multiplayer experience
Level system leads to personalized characters
Tamable dinos (Yes, you can have a raptor squad)
Dungeons (Caves)
Boss battles
Crafting, Survival and Combat with a multitude of weapons and buildables

Cons:
REALLY ACTIVE DEVELOPERS (not all changes turn out great and it is a bit annoying to see the update queued up every 2-3 days but I personally don't mind)
Tough to run for low-end systems
NPCs are laggy/glitchy at times
Concepts are still rough, need to be adjusted
Hard to build a base on active servers due to immense raiding

Overall:
8/10 - One of the games in my watch list as it comes out of early development and becomes the gem of our eyes.

Initially I was sceptical about the game but as I spent more time with the community and found a private server, the game really took shape and the message from the developer's through their product was put through pretty well. Reign of Kings is a one of a kind medieval survival game that combines an interesting building system with feudal clans. I'd definately recommend the game as I have personally been amazed at the progress made by the developers and community in the short time this game has been public. 8/8 would buy!
