The micro transactions are there, BUT not needed at all. Much of the game play rewards you with these items and they are obtainable with the currency in the world. My performance is perfect: 9900k/3080/32GB DDR4 and installed on an SSD. Left the system recommended settings to default, raised a few options, turned off motion blur, and turned on ray tracing. Love the game so far please give it a chance the early reviews seem dramatic after playing for a few hours.

Fantastic! Made me sad when it ended. Speaking of which, I found the ending to be a little underwhelming. Hopefully they release some expansion to further the storyline and allow your charactures to transfer over.
