Played mods for a while, it was quite fun besides the colony just combusting sometimes, as I tried more modding the horror sets in, I was having a great run, got good Armour, guns, a helicopter, bombs, but by ♥♥♥♥♥♥ god a group of tribals ran into my base, beated up my doctor, butchered my pet, stole my crafter, disabled my already disabled researcher and then outran my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ helicopter somehow and lateron when I raided them for revenge, they damaged my tanks so much I had to leave them behind and then winter struck, I did not infarct make it out of winter

It is indeed a good game even a bit without the DLC Spam paradox has mainly due to the mods it has, one thing I will always say is if a game has a excellent modding community it will ensure a game survives, though how Paradox handles DLC's and the Main vanillia game they are setting it up to get money out for as little work as possible,

Get it in a discount, no more, the price for the base game without any DLC's is crazy as is, with DLC's its insane for the slightest of change per-DLC, there is only a few DLC's I recommend which are any that improve the creators for tanks and ships/planes, like 2 or 3 DLC's which I suggest to get the most out for long time or just do what I do, buy the subscription,

Summary: Buy in discount, Mod community > Paradox, ♥♥♥♥ Paradox greediness and love the modders.

Pretty fun, just they removed mod support so much that you can't really mod other than texture and audio, sad,

Ok let me be honest, this game is able to be beated quickly but is pretty fun I have so far completed it twice and honestly, I say buy a better game with the ability to play much longer like PPG, teardown or something like that but if you want a low spec game that brings fun for 2 - 4 hours then this game is for you.

This is an very fun game if you are bored but you might get a lot of low frames if your pc has an pretty bad graphics card
