I enjoy this game alot. Although there are some things about it that I don't quite understand how to do. Like the ability to make foxholes. Or how to use a building to its full potential instead of just keeping my squad on the first floor. The rest of this game is pretty good. It controls almost exactly the same as the originals with some new camera controls added in. The vehicles have sound which is a first and really cool. Though, I do notice none of the wheels or tracks bother to move. I suppose it gives it that mini diorama model feel.

One of my favorite things about this game are the soldiers themselves. It keeps track of when they first joined,How many battles they fought,How many kills they have earned,Whether or not they have been wounded and how long they were out for,Acts of Bravery and cowardice. Not to mention the personal stats. Certain crews cannot be kept track of such as the support teams and that really bugs me because I really enjoy keeping track of tank crews and gun crews and the MG Crews like in Gateway to Caen. They will rank up over time and some men even become squad leaders. Wounded soldiers will be transferred around into different squads when they return. Also, I do think squads reform after campaigns.

Alot of Veterans of the series do not like this game. Well, I say. Try it again. I managed to keep my Captain alive for over 40 battles and still going. This game is alot of fun especially playing as the Americans. If you play your cards right you will conquer this game the same way as all the others.
