Same game as it always has been.

game good.

Little late to the party.
It's just what I expected, EA churned out another game, that can't even hold a candle to the first.
Sorry if you paid money for this.

Feels like it should just be a game mode in Garry's mod.

While I may be late to say it: This game was far ahead of it's time, and even still to this very day, it has brought me many hours of entertainment. This is no game, it is a pure masterpiece that rivals even Picasso's works.
While my steam account has only 40ish hours of gameplay, I've put far more in over the years on my old Xbox. I am glad I was born just in time to experience this game at it's birth, when I went into a "Movie Gallery" (seriously, it wasn't shutdown when I was little) and rented this game, I didn't realize it at the time, but I was renting a buggy, glorious, monstrosity that would echo throughout my life.

After aimlessly wandering around- in a world where half of everything you clip through- for the past hour, I managed to get a few weapons, and then fended off a seemingly endless horde of teleporting creeps. Feeling the rush of victory, I sit back in my chair and relax a bit. I'm at full health, still have ammo, just leveled up a lot- This game is great! Then I walk forward a couple feet, something swoops down from the sky, and I'm dead before I can even look at the creature. What.

Needs a lot of work.
