I normally love roguelike and -lite, and wanted to try it after hearing all the praise for it. It did not click, felt incredibly boring and repetitive.

I personally find the difficulty a little wack (yes, even after grabbing the dlc goodies), and I'm running into frame drops and other performance issues on my PC.

I think if you have no performance issues in the base game you should be good here. And how you will find the bosses depends on how you think of the last 6 or so bosses in the base game. I really didn't like them there, and it feels more of the same here.

An amazing game marred by frame drops, crashes, samey side dungeons and bosses, and a considerable spike near the end game in difficulty.

Once they get the frame drops and crashes fixed, Id recommend it even with other complaints. But as it is, it is completely random whether you will have issues or not. I've a very beefy machine and have had issues constantly, but friends with less powerful machines have had no issues until recently, so good luck!

Played and refunded, it seems like a great game if you've two friends to join in on playing!

I found myself getting somewhat motion sick from the ADS, and just felt like I was almost having fun.

Will likely pick this up on sale after a few bug fixes, but it was hard to justify keeping it on release
