Hurtworld is a Sandbox Survival shooter designed and released in the Buy2Play model on the Steam platform by Bankroll Studios. One of the distinguishing elements of Hurtworld against the background of competing survival productions is a colorful almost cartoon visual setting. However, the game itself, despite a bit of childlike appearance, remains a hundred percent survival simulator.

The player goes to a large, fully open universe consisting of a variety of biomes characterized by a different climate, fauna and flora.
