It's extremely impressive that two rookie game developers were able to create this game, especially considering the unique art direction, piercing sound design, and visceral gameplay. The hyper-realistic POV, movement, and weapon handling combine to create a particularly adrenaline-pumping experience. The frustration of dying without much recourse is also compensated by the fact that gameplay rounds are quick, usually no more than 2 - 3 minutes.

However, this game seems more like a proof of concept at the moment, which is fine, the developers are advertising it as early access, but there's not much depth past the first 30 minutes of playing unfortunately.
