Class game, Takes a little getting used to but very easy to learn, hard to master. Counter Strike experience transfers over well.

CS:GO Review
This is one of those games that you see and think 'How are people enjoying this?'.
I was exactly the same a couple years back; before I spent some time playing it. Originally, I was doing what a typical FPS player would do, running and gunning, hoping for the best. Only after around ~100 hours did I start getting into watching streamers and professional matches. This is when I became inspired to become better.

As of now, I've played just over 2000 hours, making this (probably) my most played game. Ever.
It's given me so many memories of joy, relief and heartbreak. But one of the best things it has given is friends. And I don't mean this in the sense that I was completely alone before playing this but that I've gotten to know them so well and have met up with some of them now to go to a CSGO Major. I get frustrated at the game sometimes, blaming others but it is still easily one of my all time favourite games. I may find a new game. One that I enjoy more than this, but I will never forget the memories and friendships that CSGO has given me.

Thank you, Valve.

Thank you, CSGO.

Absolutely one of my favourite games of all time.

With the fantastic plot, amazing locations to visit and recurring characters Borderlands 2 is the epitome of a tremendous game. This game wields one of the best loot generation systems I've ever seen, with each weapon in the game having a combination of parts that affect the performance and output of the weapon. Despite having only ~150 hours on Steam this game has grasped me since the release all the way back in 2012 and, nearly 6 years after, still grips me with it's stunning gameplay and unique graphics that have aged quite well.
Personally one of the greatest things about this game is the diversity of playstyles that are available from just 4 characters (6 with DLCs). This, combined with the fact you can play with up to 3 other friends allows for some manic and hilarious events.

(Just a personal tip, I'd highly recommend getting the Unofficial Community Patch to play with as it fixes some flaws within the game. However, I'd play through without it if it is your first time playing) And remember, no refunds!

Early Access Review
Tried to walk past a tree and started climbing it.
Fell off of said tree. 'I think I broke something'
Decide that I need to start exploring, reach the next island barely escaping the multiple harks chasing after me.
Tried to walk past a tree, climbed it, fell off and died.

tree/12 would accidently climb trees again.
