great remake of the original, lots of new items a few new enemies and some new gimicks are all included tho you can disable everything if you just want the vanilla feel of the original.
One thing that wasn't really adressed, which i find kinda disappointing, are the controls. They are still as "unique" as they were in the original which is no problem for veteran players but can be quite the challenge for people coming from ror2 with its very smooth animations. Once you get a hang of them however they become a non issue, it's just something you'll have to learn.
for anyone who liked ror2 i can highly recommend the game, just note that the games are different from eachother, probably enough so that you'll get your ass kicked at the beginning wether you've been good at ror2 or not, this gameis even less merciful than the second one.
