I've been playing CTA on and off since release (I mainly play MOW) and I honestly would recommend picking it up at its current state. If you're still on edge wait for a sale.

Would have said the opposite 1 1/2 years ago, It's definitely improved drastically from what I can tell.

Its great if you have a potato for it has lots of video options to make it go from mediocre graphics to low poly whilst maintaining the core gameplay.
