I wouldn't pick this game up for full price as it's only six missions, done in a couple of hours, but picked it up on sale for £10 and then it's worth it. Especially since your friend don't need to buy it, as it uses the friends pass function. (only one need to buy it).
There's easily more ways to build on the game, and I hope the devs do, as it is a fun little co-op game!

Note before starting: I am playing on expert.
I have played quite a bit of hidden object/point and click games, and Artifex Mundi are the best when it comes to these types of games. Unfortunately I feel they missed the mark on this one. There were several times when the game asked you to go back to places that weren't interactable before, and some things are just awkward, as in you don't know what to do with some items, or it just feels silly. Like going back into the dungeon I could go into a corner that wasn't there before. Now this wouldn't be a bad thing, but there were NO INDICATION that I would be able to interact with this earlier, or go back there at all!

Some items are also a bit awkwardly named in the hidden objects minigames. Like hem instead of rudder?

The game is a bit short, the story isn't amazing but as usual, the art is beautiful and soundtrack great!

Ori and the blind forest is a great platformer with amazing music and scenery. I haven't yet finished the game, but I am in love with it already! The maincharacters never speak, but they show so much emotion anyway! Is this game worth 19.99? YES! BUY IT!
