On a whim, I participated in the Scorchbeast Queen end game battle. I happened to be nearby, gathering cranberries for my relish. I was totally unprepared, without a proper power armor, or at least a minigun. I ended up running out of ammo and hiding in a bunker, while the 10+ other players destroyed the beast. I did get a participation prize. A three star legendary rolling pin.

I chose this game as my Steam Awards 2024 Labor of Love, because I can pay the Impostor Sheepsquatch to eat my ass every day.

Thank you Gamepressure for the excellent interactive maps, made the "getting my ass kicked" part of my playthrough a lot less painful! Never got jumpscared by a cortex reaver again!

Oh and the game is great, too.

Macabre, but in a charming way. If you like creepy-cute, you'll love it. Moderate difficulty puzzles, mostly.

Fantastic game! Immersive experience. I got five hours of captivating gameplay and some surprises from it. Its way of storytelling reminded me of Her Story; the way of figuring out what happened by watching recordings, putting the plot together piece by piece. I loved to snoop around the crew's belongings, learning about them and their motivations.
If you care about "replay value" - there isn't much, once you gather all the recordings, read all the messages, and find the station's cat in every scene.
If you are interested in games with a story to tell - warmly recommended.

Tomb Raider (2013) was a good game, but this one is truly great. Very entertaining, like an action movie I didn't know I wanted and with a protagonist I needed. Trying not to think too much about how Lara leaves tombs she visits decimated, because escaping a crumbling ruin is every single time exciting! Cracking the puzzling optional tombs feels and actually is rewarding, with parts for better weapons or even new skills. Stealthing is almost too easy, for example using Lara's Survival Instinct shows outlines of enemies and whether they see each other or not, making them easy pickings for a bow. Despite that stealth is very satisfying. The achievements are fun and some of them even need some skill to complete.

Highly recommended! Check it out!

My Favorite Game. You should try it.

I hope you like it. If not, then we can't be friends anymore.

I can't think of a better way to spend a sunny summerday than wandering around in metro tunnels collecting trash! I promise you won't get bored if you love waste, junk, rubble, garbage and litter.
