Sry, missed your comment, yes, griefing is an acceptable reason - if its extreme (might depend on game mode too?), also I would suggest you get a few screenshots to cover yourself, in case they try to accuse you of kicktool abuse later on

If a griefer is trying to spoil your enjoyment, such as trying to ruin your killstreak by giving away your location, is that an acceptable reason to kick them?

Hi, I am requesting the Kicktool and I was referred here. I have been playing MW3 for over 10 years, and play quite often. I've been around long enough to know an obvious hacker, wallhacks, invicible mods, etc and I would not use the tool to simply kick good fast players. I know people update video cards and internet speeds with fiber optics thus having a slight advantage while playing. I know it can be a lot of responsibilty being the host while some slower players or laggy play can cause them to call other players, Suspect, IFFY OR HACKS while that is not the case, and again, I have been around long enough to know the difference. I would appreciate having the tool to kick the obvious hacker. Thank you.
