First of all always be nice and friendly to me as well as to the others on the comment section or from my friends list.
You waste your time if you try to scam me. That makes no sense because my inventory isn’t well equipped.
If you spam, you will be instantly blocked.
You send me a request and I don’t answer? Don’t ask why and please don’t send a new one again and again. (You can find some conditions for getting my friend at the point „Rules to get or be my friend“)

Rules to get or be my friend:

You should be friendly and also funny. I would like to see your profile or it should be public.
You shouldn’t have serious -rep because of scamming or something like that
I would prefer if you don’t have a VAC
Don’t put links, serious insults or offensive pictures in my comment section
Don’t spam if I don’t answer. It could be that I’m busy.
(These rules are for newbies, because there are some people in my friends list who don’t follow those rules. I know them for a longer time so I can forgive them.)

If I don't answer your friend request, think about those rules and whether you have violated those. If that’s true you have two different options.
On one hand you are able to change those things or in the other hand
you can contact me. Than we can maybe talk about those things and might find a solution.
