I want a refund for a game I didn't pay for. This game is horrible, even with friends.

I bought the game
I begged my way through the intro
I went into the first run
I picked up a knife that glitched out and stabbed me.
I patched up
I killed what I thought was a bot with that knife
I was then shot to death by a real human screaming at me about killing his friend who was new to the game.
I closed the game
I requested a refund.

During this time my backpack would not hold things correctly. Menus didn't believe in themselves and I wasn't allowed to see them.

I have 250 hours in this game and cannot stop myself from playing for more than a couple weeks before I fall back into it. please call help.

Punishing those who love the game and community and doing nothing to stop anything malicious is disgraceful. If the Dev team really wanted to help or do anything for the community they would take input and provide feedback with honest reasons. The Dev team is truly showing a lack of care and openness to the community by not taking time to listen to what's wrong and lack of willingness to fix actual problems, by hindering modders who make mods to help VRChat run smoother, optimize performance, add real quality of life changes.
This is their attempt at looking good at face value and it's a poor attempt at it.
This will not stop the majority of malicious mods or clients nor people who go around crashing others.

The game no longer launches. It was a great game, but somehow they messed it up.

This game is 100% better with custom songs and mods - However this game is still pretty freaking good.
I just wish the devs would explain what bug(s) they fixed in their updates

I played 400+ hours in my first month.
I still don't know if I like it.
