No one to play against and the game takes too long to load.

A myriad characters, vibrant colors, engaging story and a solid multiplayer, make me believe that this may be the best Dragonball game since Budokai 3. It's probably worth picking up when it's on a discount as it's guaranteed to entertain you for a good number of hours.

Plain and simple, you can't go wrong with this game.
If you are looking for a well optimized PC FPS, that gets updates regularly and is always getting better, then CSGO is what you're looking for. This game stole me from Call of Duty, the vast range of gameplay options, weapons, acheivments, and most importantly, how costumisable everything is.
The game is far from perfect though; some of the flaws are slight nuisance, whereas some are potentially game breaking. An example for a game breaking flaw are the 64-tick servers. While usually they don't affect gameplay, they rarely not register your shots, rendering you useless in the gunfight.
In a nutshell. the colossal community of this game is the best thing about it. The gameplay mechanics are second to none, and the game is well taken care of.
Worth your $15.

It's a good game, needs more learning than any other COD but the PC port is very buggy.
