[The Prophets that Bewitched Many]
---------------------Pt. 1---------------------

History embarks upon a story of prophets
Around a part of whom bewitched many
They from whom our paths reiterate
They whose phantom words alleviate
They who are cherished

And who wholeheartedly accepted me,

Not more than a set of allegory tainting one rightful mind to appear sublime
Alas, a plethora yet abides

At first there still were many more
Each figure cordoned their own core
Amidst this damned humanity
Arose a new epiphany


History embarks upon what these prophets foretold
An everlasting tenet, unbeknownst to the plethora the fallacy they are preached
Day after day, more preacher
Preach after preach, more fallacies

And I am reminded that the prophets aren't the root of all the blunders
They are but marionettes to their own followers
What the people take fancy, their prophets comply
A loop eternally, amongst the two that intertwine
The prophets, their puppets.
The people, their puppeteers.

Now tell, what is all if not vain
Only so much one can obtain
Of everyone that plays pretend
The more they play, the more they bend


The ink of my pen runs out before I finish writing down the poems of their praise
Poems of their cause
Of their teachings
Their flow
Written in such an elegant way the prophets concede
Page after page, more poems
Poems after poems, more blunders

And I am reminded that my pen never betrays me
The pen and paper are my dear friends forevermore
It is I that betray my dear friends if ever
Neglecting my origin, I bled my thumb and forefinger

And with the blood, I finish this poetry
This is the end to their legacy
