good replayability. multiplayer option,
vanilla got a bit repetitive at around 1.6k hours, modded is fun.

the only thing that i did not like about terraria is that it doesnt have a tutorial and just puts u in a world without any guidance. you pretty much need to watch hours of youtube videos just for basic understanding.
