One of the best games I've ever played.

This game is so brilliant that not a single word in the English language can come anywhere close to describing just how excellent it is. Its plot is absolutely astounding in its complexity; it follows the story of a young astronaut trapped on a haunted moonbase who must fight against a continuously encroaching force of evil that threatens the very existence of the galaxy at large. It's impossible for me to tell you any more without spoiling it; just know that there are so many twists and turns that you'll be left with a constant desire to know what happens next. Throughout the game, we are exposed to complex themes that question the very nature of humankind and the universe itself, all culminating in a finale that will absolutely astound you and leave you with a feeling of awe that you've never felt before. The story is longer and far more deserving of being called a classic than even the most prominent works of art such as the Divine Comedy, and Mark Twain and J.R.R. Tolkien would simply fail to come anywhere close to producing a work that could inspire such emotions as Moonbase Alpha has in me.

The setting is so beautifully rendered and even real life could not match the graphics quality of this game. Don't be surprised if you find yourself stopping every thirty seconds just to take in the wondrous atmosphere and the vast, crater-pocked terrain around you.

I really enjoyed the text-to-speech option. 10/10
