Horrible.

That sums up the PC experience.
The updates are horrendous, the DRM sucks.
Amazing game gameplay wise.
Updating the game takes more time than uninstalling and reinstalling the game, all because of "reserving space" bullcrap, no other steam game does this.
I would've been angry if I got this game for free.

This game is simply beautiful.
I didn't expect to get dragged into the game this much, after all, you just drive a truck. But somehow, it always keeps me reeled in and focused.
The simplicity is what makes this game a masterpiece. You get a truck, you drive that truck. Finishing a job is always a rewarding feeling, especially those 3000km+ jobs.
The trucks themselves are well modelled (Except certain older Scania trucks) and the customization is also good.
The only negative I have is the DLC. There's quite a bit that's locked away by DLC, and the DLC costs almost as much as the game itself.
The game frequently goes on sale, almost every month it feels like (Same goes for ATS) going for roughly <5 bucks.
TL;DR, Good and simple game, an amoeba could play it. Good trucks and customization, a chunk of the map is locked away by DLC.
Well worth it 10/10.

Bethesda can't make games for the life of them. Unless you're willing to get mods, don't expect any replay value.
All the main factions are flawed. Your choices are:
-Weaklings where you have to do everything yourself even though you're the leader.
-Bigots.
-People who care more about machines than actual humans, willing to sacrifice them just to save a toaster.
-And the worst of them all, the Institute. They're evil just to be evil.
As for Nora and Nate? You no longer have the opportunity to imagine who your character is and what they would do. That choice got stripped away from you, you're either a lawyer or a veteran.
The dialog is awful. The VA's did a good job voicing the dialog, but it lacks either way. The dialog doesn't have much variation, it's: Yes, No(later yes), Sarcasm(yes), and What?
As for the beginning of the review, I REALLY mean it. Once you get used to the game, it gets too stale. You always have the same thing driving the plot, your son. Unless you mod the game to give you an actual choice, you don't have one.
As for the pros?
The game is really beautiful, and the guns feel AMAZING. But I mentioned Bethesda can't code. Gun debris crashes your whole game. What makes that more insulting? A simple 144kb mod fixes this.
If you want to finish this game once or twice, I highly recommend it.

TL;DR Good graphics and mechanics, flawed story. Mods will make your experience more enjoyable.
