Lol, Adam, it's been so long since I checked my own messages, and when I saw you had answered I thought I remembered my answering you, but I wasn't sure, and I've seen you come online many times but did not connect the name and profile. anyways, I can't play Civ V anymore since I bought the Gods and Kings download expansion. I've been trying for months to get it fixed but I can't get anyone either on Steam or 4K to address the problem with a tech to work it all out. I know it will work but it's going to take someone morre savvy than me to figure out what the proper steps to take. I've tried every single 'fix' they have online in both Steam and the publisher and now I can't get it to try to play in Direct X 10 and 11??? I'm going to have to find the way to sue them for all my money back in small claims court, I think. It seems they just don't care.

no problem. look at how long its taken me to figure out where to find a reply. I can't even play Civ 5 now until I get the Gods and Kings expansion working. The problems I've had with that has kept me from playing the game for months now. But it's not been much importance to me right now with retiring and divorcing and myriad health problems to be solved, but I am glad to hear from you any time. I miss teaching. Retirement is not so fun unlesss you got a plan concerning something to do that is productive.
