Buckshot Roulette is an absolute blast! The tension, the excitement, and now with the new multiplayer mode...
This game just keeps getting better. I haven’t had the chance to dive into multiplayer yet, but knowing it’s here makes it all the more exciting.

The vibe.. just hits the spot! Whether you're a solo player or planning to jump in with friends, this is a must-have. Highly recommend grabbing it!

The ONLY thing I'd like to have a little more, even know it's kind of far fetched, it's some lore attached to it all :)

A Fresh Take on the Franchise
Hello Neighbor 2 brings a new chapter to the series, and even though I didn't play the first game, I found myself quickly immersed in the world of Raven Brooks. The game introduces you to a mysterious town filled with secrets, and the storyline does a great job of pulling you in right from the start.

Engaging Gameplay
Exploring the town is both fun and challenging. The puzzles are well-designed, offering a good balance between difficulty and enjoyment. Each character you encounter has a unique personality, and discovering their stories adds an interesting layer to the game. While there were a few bugs here and there, they didn't significantly detract from the overall experience.

Some Room for Improvement
The game isn't without its flaws. There were occasional technical issues, such as crashes and freezes [Had 2 crashes over the whole course of the game, which I completed in 7h~]. Moreover, the price might seem too steep. >aiting for a sale could make it a more worthwhile purchase.

Conclusion
In conclusion, Hello Neighbor 2 offers an engaging and enjoyable experience, especially for those who enjoy mystery and puzzle games. While there are some technical hiccups and the game could be longer, the immersive world and intriguing story make it worth playing. If you're a fan of the genre, it's definitely worth checking out, preferably when it's on sale.

God did I not want to put a negative review on this game.

A Terrible Beginning
Battlefield 2042 had a disastrous launch, sadly reminiscent of Cyberpunk 2077. The pervasive bugs, performance issues, and missing features left a deplorable first impression among players, especially casual players like myself.

Gradual Improvement
However, it must be acknowledged that the game has significantly improved with each update. The developers have worked hard to fix the initial errors, introduce new features, and enhance the overall experience. Today, Battlefield 2042 is much more enjoyable and visually pleasing (we're FAR from what we've seen in the reveal trailer tho). Despite these improvements, Battlefield 2042 still suffers from the negative reputation of its launch. Many casual players, including myself, haven't been able to forget this chaotic start. This negative perception persists, even though the game has made significant progress since then.

Gradual Improvement
Another major negative point is the complete absence of a story mode, which is disappointing for a game of this price. For me, Battlefield 2042 is not worth its current price, especially when compared to previous games in the series. Unfortunately, this game cannot be considered a true Battlefield worthy of its name. Compared to Battlefield 3, which captivated me for days & days, Battlefield 2042 fails to offer the same level of satisfaction and depth.

Appreciation for Maintenance, but Nostalgia Persists
I want to commend the developers' efforts to maintain the game. It's nice to see that they haven't abandoned the project. However, neither Call of Duty nor Battlefield can bring back the joy I used to feel. I even replayed Battlefield 3 recently to confirm that it's not just nostalgia.

Lack of Content and Incomprehensible Direction
After hours of gameplay, it's disappointing to realize that you've seen it all and there's nothing left to discover. It's unclear what direction the developers wanted to take or what they intended to achieve with this game.

Conclusion
In conclusion, although Battlefield 2042 is an acceptable game today, it is very far from the excellence of Battlefield 3 or even Battlefield 1. Unfortunately, it doesn't follow the Battlefield editorial line, leaving me with a negative opinion despite its improvements.

Battlefield 2042 started with a catastrophic launch but has improved over time. However, it still can't match the greatness of previous titles like Battlefield 3. The absence of a story mode and the regression in game quality all together make it a disappointing experience overall. - 6/10

If you're on the lookout for an engaging and visually appealing tower defense game, Kingdom Rush should be at the top of your list. This game has captivated me in ways few others have. Here's why:

First, the graphics are nothing short of charming. The cute, whimsical style adds a layer of enjoyment that enhances the overall experience. Each map is meticulously designed, offering a fresh and diverse visual treat as you progress through the game's various regions.

The gameplay is well-rounded with a diverse array of heroes and towers, each offering unique abilities and strategic possibilities. I particularly appreciate the well-thought-out upgrade paths that allow for customization and optimization of your defense strategy. The music is soothing and perfectly complements the game's atmosphere, making it a relaxing experience even during intense battles.

However, it's not without its challenges. Initially, I was frustrated by the imbalance between the tower types. Mage towers are incredibly powerful, often overshadowing other options like the musket towers, which felt almost useless despite investing heavily in their upgrades. This imbalance forced me to adapt my playstyle significantly, sometimes having to repeat levels multiple times. Nevertheless, this challenge added a layer of strategic depth that ultimately made the victories more satisfying.

What truly makes Kingdom Rush stand out is its atmosphere. Despite the occasional frustration with tower balance, the overall charm and polish of the game kept me coming back. The diverse maps and the gradual introduction of new elements and enemies keep the gameplay fresh and exciting.

In terms of content, the Steam version of Kingdom Rush is particularly noteworthy. It eliminates the microtransactions present in the iOS version, making all heroes and upgrades available without additional purchases. This version also includes bonus maps and mini-campaigns, with more updates promised, adding even more value to an already fantastic game.

At a reasonable price, Kingdom Rush offers countless hours of entertainment. Its blend of strategic depth, charming visuals, and relaxing music makes it, in my opinion, the best tower defense game available. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the genre or is looking for a new gaming obsession.

If you’re considering diving into the world of VR gaming, Beat Saber should be at the top of your list. Here’s why:

Beat Saber is the quintessential VR game that perfectly balances simplicity and challenge. Its "easy to learn, difficult to master" design ensures that anyone, even those new to VR, can pick it up and start playing immediately. The basic premise is straightforward: slice through blocks to the rhythm of the music. But don't let that simplicity fool you; the game offers layers of depth for those willing to push their skills to the limit.

One of the standout aspects of Beat Saber is its ability to provide an intense workout. If you're looking for a game that combines fun with fitness, this is it. You’ll find yourself moving vigorously, burning calories, and improving your coordination without even realizing it. It’s not just a game; it’s a fantastic way to stay active.

The replay value of Beat Saber is practically infinite, especially with the addition of mods. While the base game can keep you entertained for around 30-50 hours, installing mods opens up a whole new world. Custom songs, community-created campaigns, and creative mods like the Darth Maul double-bladed saber or Wolverine claws add endless variety and challenge. You can even track your physical activity with mods like YUR Fit, making it an even more immersive experience.

Playing with friends is another highlight. Beat Saber’s multiplayer mode turns it into a fun social activity, though be warned—it can get pretty competitive! And if you’re serious about climbing the leaderboards, the ranked community maps offer a tough but rewarding journey.

On the downside, you’ll need a decent amount of space to play comfortably. Also, the DLCs are quite pricey, which might be a bit of a turn-off if you’re not planning to mod the game. But even with these minor drawbacks, Beat Saber remains a stellar choice for anyone looking to explore VR gaming.

In summary, Beat Saber is a must-have for any VR enthusiast. It’s accessible yet challenging, endlessly replayable, and a surprisingly good workout. Whether you're new to VR or a seasoned player, this game will keep you hooked. If you haven't already, join the Beat Saber community and start slicing those beats!

When I first heard about "Among Us," I was skeptical. It seemed like one of those trendy games that would vanish from relevance as quickly as it arrived. But after giving it a try, I was hooked! "Among Us" is deceptively simple but incredibly engaging, offering a unique blend of suspense, strategy, and social interaction that keeps you coming back for more.

The concept of the game is straightforward. You're either a Crewmate trying to complete tasks on a spaceship or an Impostor bent on sabotaging the mission and eliminating the crew. The real fun begins when a body is discovered, and the crew must debate who they believe the Impostors are. It's here, in these heated discussions, that "Among Us" truly shines.

What makes "Among Us" stand out to me is the sheer unpredictability of each round. Playing with friends over voice chat elevates the experience—deciphering lies from the truth becomes a hilarious, often outrageous task that tests your relationships in the best way possible. It's a fantastic party game that's accessible enough for anyone to jump in, but with enough depth to keep gameplay interesting over time.

That said, the game is not without its flaws. The absence of voice chat within the game itself can be a barrier, pushing players to third-party apps like Discord. Additionally, the need to restart the session to change maps or adjust the number of Impostors can be a hassle.

Despite these issues, "Among Us" delivers where it counts. It's an absolute blast, whether you're meticulously completing tasks or slyly taking out the crew one by one. And for around 4€, it's a steal, providing endless hours of entertainment and memorable moments.

In summary, "Among Us" might seem like a simple game at first glance, but it's a deeply social and engaging experience that's perfect for anyone looking to spice up their game nights. Just be prepared to question your trust in your friends—by the end of the night, no one is above suspicion!

Rating: 4.5/5 – A must-play for those who enjoy a good mix of camaraderie and chaos.

If you're looking to sharpen your skills in the FPS arena, AimLabs might be just what you need. It stands out with its simple, intuitive gameplay that is both user-friendly and highly effective for improving precision and reaction times.

One of the highlights of AimLabs is its ability to track your performance meticulously. This feature allows you to identify specific areas that need improvement, making your practice sessions both efficient and targeted. Whether you're warming up before a gaming session or shaking off some rust after a break, AimLabs offers a structured approach to enhance your gaming skills.

The graphics are designed to be compatible with low-spec hardware, ensuring that almost anyone can use the tool without technical constraints.

AimLabs is also commendable for its replayability; you can customize maps and objects, which keeps the training environment dynamic and engaging. The developers regularly update the content, adding new features and challenges that help prevent the routine from becoming monotonous.

However, it's important to address the elephant in the room—the recent introduction of a subscription model. This change has been a point of contention within the community (and for me too). As a longtime supporter, I felt a bit let down as the game's original ethos of accessibility seems to be getting overshadowed by profit motives. While the subscription fees are reasonable and the premium content is of high quality, this shift might not sit well with everyone, especially those who have been part of AimLabs' journey from the start.

In comparison to alternatives like the SteelSeries' 3D Aim Trainer, AimLabs seems to have lost some of its competitive edge due to these new paywalls. This is particularly disappointing for users who were accustomed to accessing many features for free.

However, note that AimLabs remains a top-notch tool for FPS training. If you can look past the paywall change, AimLabs still offers a solid foundation for improving your gaming skills, with plenty of customizable options and continuous updates that keep its training modules fresh and relevant. As always, practice makes perfect, and AimLabs provides an excellent platform to do just that.

I haven't played "Hacker Evolution" in years, but as I'm working through my Steam library, revisiting the games that left a mark on me, I thought it was worth sharing my thoughts on this one based on its state back in 2017.

"Hacker Evolution" isn't about hacking into real mainframes, but it's a solid puzzle game that involves the intriguing concepts of network intrusions and data gathering. The game has a unique Amiga amber color scheme and a mostly command line interface with some point-and-click elements. You’re presented with missions where you invade companies, extract data, and break through computer securities using proxies and other tools. The soundtrack, a chill electronic mix, adds to the immersive experience, making you feel like a genuine hacker as you type away. For a couple of bucks, it was definitely worth it.

However, be prepared for a challenge. This game has a steep difficulty curve and requires a significant amount of time to understand. I remember failing the tutorial twice because I didn’t read everything properly. Having a notepad handy to jot down commands—especially for decrypting and cracking—can be a lifesaver. The game isn't very forgiving; one mistake late in a level can mean starting over. But once you get past these hurdles, the game becomes incredibly rewarding and gives you a thrilling sense of realism.

If you enjoy movie-style hacking, text-based games, and high difficulty, "Hacker Evolution" will be a great addition to your collection. Despite not playing it for years, I still recall the excitement and satisfaction it provided. Don't give up too easily—embrace the challenge, and you'll find this game to be a unique and enjoyable adventure.

Early Access Review
I've been using Wallpaper Engine for a while now, and I have to say, it's an amazing program that brings your desktop to life with animated and interactive wallpapers. I haven't encountered any issues with the app itself, which runs smoothly and efficiently.

One of the standout features is the Workshop content. The creativity and effort people put into creating these wallpapers are incredible. Many wallpapers react to the time of day or music, making your desktop experience truly dynamic. The app even includes a bonus mobile version, allowing you to sync some wallpapers to your phone, which is a nice touch.

There are a few things to keep in mind, though. The app has a lot of NSFW content, so if you're trying to avoid that, especially for younger audiences, be aware that the filtering options aren't perfect. You might still come across mature content despite setting preferences to hide it. This isn't a deal-breaker for me, but it's something to be mindful of.

Another point is the prevalence of AI-generated wallpapers. If you're not a fan of AI girl wallpapers, it might feel overwhelming because there's no way to filter them out. The tagging system can be quite inconsistent, too, so you might find content like bikini anime girls under sci-fi tags. This can be annoying when you're searching for something specific.

Most wallpapers are looped MP4 videos and lack interactivity, which doesn't bother me much, but it's worth noting. Some of the heavier options can put a strain on your CPU/GPU, but the app includes a handy pause function to minimize impact during full-sized programs or games.

Despite these minor issues, Wallpaper Engine is an excellent investment for just a few euros. The quality of the wallpapers is top-notch, ranging from a minimum of 720p60 to 4K. Setting up wallpapers is effortless, and for creators, there are solid bases to start from. Overall, I highly recommend Wallpaper Engine for anyone looking to enhance their desktop experience with beautiful, animated wallpapers.
